Efficiency-enhancing tool
1. The main frame design has been thoroughly analyzed using the finite element software module to ensure the frame’s strength and structural soundness, guaranteeing rock-solid stability.
2. A unique two-sided flipping welding method, similar to baking a flatbread, is employed. All large-workpiece welds feature X-shaped double-bevel grooves, which enhance weld strength and reduce welding distortion, ensuring that the weld seam is free from defects such as undercutting, porosity, and cracks.
3. The overall annealing and aging treatment process eliminates welding stresses, ensuring that the frame structure remains deformation-free during subsequent use.
4. The 4th-generation integrated back-gauge technology features modular assembly, with servo motor drive for fast speed and high positioning accuracy.
5. Linear mechanical compensation worktable with full-stroke deflection compensation—no need for secondary compensation adjustments when bending long or short parts, ensuring even more stable performance.
6. The entire series is equipped as standard with a bendable auxiliary lighting device featuring a shadowless lamp design, ensuring uninterrupted work even at night.
7. C-shaped compensation mechanism at the throat opening precisely compensates for errors caused by material deformation, ensuring bending accuracy.
8. The oil pump is controlled by a servo motor, ensuring precise oil distribution and accurate flow division. When pressure is generated, the motor instantly starts up to begin pressing the workpiece. In non-working states, both the oil pump and the motor stop operating, eliminating the need for the oil pump to remain continuously active. As a result, heat generation is reduced to one-third of that in conventional electro-hydraulic servo CNC bending machines (the oil capacity in the reservoir is only one-third of the traditional size), leading to an energy consumption reduction of at least 30%.
